The Company announces that it agreed on 18 September 2025 to allot 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 241.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.  

 

These shares will be issued for cash on 22 September 2025, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 183,294,679.
