On 12 February, Steven Boyes sold 116,090 shares and Andrea Boyes sold 288,910 shares, both at 842.0p apiece.
That same day, Steven and Andrea Boyes, together with Paul Shaw, in their capacity as trustees of the SJ Boyes Discretionary Settlement 2016, sold another 15,000 shares at that same price.
The same three sold a further 15,000 shares, also on the same day and at the same price, but this time in their capacity as trustees of the A Boyes Discretionary Settlement 2016.
All told, 435,000 shares were sold for a total transaction amount of £3,664,222.53.
Following the sales, Steven Boyes was left holding 457,890 shares in the outfit.
