The FTSE 250 online greetings cards giant said its non-executive director Niall Wass had bought 32,640 shares in the company in two transactions.
It said the first was the purchase of 30,000 shares at 303.85p each, for a total value of £91,153.89.
The second transaction saw Wass buy 2,640 shares for 303p each, costing him a total of £7,999.20.
Sitting solo on the selling side of things was Calnex Solutions, which said its non-executive director Ann Budge had sold 654,621 shares in the company.
The AIM-traded firm said Budge sold the shares for 125p each, netting her £818,276.25 in the process.
Calnex said that following the sale, Budge had an interest in two million of its shares, representing 2.3% of its issued share capital.
