The AIM-traded ready meal company said Kevin Dorren bought 320,000 shares at a price of 20.5p each, spending a total of £65,600.
Following the purchase, Dorren had a direct holding in 9,680,254 shares, representing 13.33% of its issued share capital.
Additionally, the company Move Fresh - over which Parsley Box said Dorren exercised “significant control” - had a beneficial interest in 1,662.827 shares, representing 2.29% of its issued capital.
Dorren’s investment came a day after it reported on a “challenging” year, which saw EBITDA losses surge 228% amid serious supply chain disruptions.
On the selling side of things was Good Energy Group, which disclosed a sale worth £52k made by a non-executive director.
The AIM-traded energy services firm said Juliet Davenport sold 20,000 shares on Monday at 260p each, netting her a total of £52,000.
In the same disclosure, Good Energy said Davenport also exercised 28,626 options granted under its 2018 performance share plan, for 5p apiece.
